1. Overview

The Visa Regulatory Council (VRC) values transparency and fairness in all service transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for visa processing services, membership plans, and associated digital tools.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • If the applicant cancels the application before submission to a partner embassy or government authority.
  • If VRC is unable to process an application due to an internal technical or administrative error.
  • If a duplicate payment was made in error (verified by VRC Finance Division).
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the payment date.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The visa application has already been submitted to an embassy or government for processing.
  • The visa was rejected due to applicant error, misrepresentation, or incomplete documentation.
  • Membership or subscription plans have already provided partial or full access to VRC services.
  • Third-party service fees (e.g., courier, translation, notary) have already been utilized.


4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days upon approval. All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may take additional time depending on the applicant’s financial institution.


5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement, applicants may submit a formal refund appeal to the VRC Finance and Compliance Office via support@vrc.global.
VRC reserves the right to make a final determination on refund eligibility.
