  VRC reserves the right to reject any application found to contain false or incomplete information.

4. Payment and Fees

All payments must be made in full at the time of submission. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
VRC is not responsible for bank or currency conversion fees incurred by the user’s payment provider.

5. Processing and Timelines

Visa processing times depend on the relevant government authorities and are not guaranteed.
VRC provides estimated timelines but cannot be held liable for external delays, embassy closures, or document verification hold-ups.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the VRC platform—including logos, graphics, text, and software—is the intellectual property of the Visa Regulatory Council. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

VRC shall not be held responsible for:

• Governmental or embassy decisions regarding visa approvals or rejections.
• Delays or losses resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, war, etc.).
• Errors caused by third-party service providers.
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

8. Termination of Services

VRC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

9. Amendments

VRC may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in policy, law, or service improvements. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
